This Privacy Policy describes how Good Old Tee (“we,” “us”) handles information when you visit https://goodoldtee.com (the “Site”). The Site is currently a coming-soon experience. A fuller storefront policy will replace or expand this document when checkout and accounts launch.

1. Information we collect

• Contact / waitlist. If you join the email list, we collect your email address and your marketing opt-in. We use it to send launch and product updates you requested.
• Email you send us. If you email hello@goodoldtee.com, we use your address and message content only to respond and keep a record of the conversation as needed.
• Technical / usage (with consent). If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 may collect approximate location, device/browser info, pages viewed, and similar engagement metrics.
• Advertising (with consent, when configured). If you accept marketing cookies and we have enabled Meta or TikTok pixels, those partners may collect identifiers for ads measurement and retargeting.
• Necessary cookies. We store your cookie preference so we do not re-ask every visit.

2. How we use information

• Operate and secure the Site
• Send waitlist / launch emails you opted into
• Respond to support or inquiry emails
• Understand traffic (analytics, if consented)
• Measure or improve future ads (marketing, if consented)
• Comply with law and enforce our Terms

3. Sharing

We do not sell personal information in the everyday sense of selling a list for money. We may share data with processors who help us run the Site (for example: hosting on Vercel, analytics via Google if consented, form delivery for the waitlist, and email delivery when configured). Those providers process data on our instructions.

5. Retention

Waitlist emails are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, or until we close the list. Analytics retention follows Google Analytics settings. Support emails are kept as long as needed to help you and run the business.

6. Your choices

• Unsubscribe from marketing emails via the link in any message
• Change or withdraw cookie consent anytime via Cookie settings in the footer
• Request access or deletion of waitlist/contact data by emailing hello@goodoldtee.com

7. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13 (or the age required in your region). We do not knowingly collect their personal information.

8. International visitors

We may process information in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. If you are in the EEA/UK, we rely on your consent for non-essential cookies and for marketing email.
